Nice stay

Liked Worth every penny, spacious, nice view, wide & comfy bed, basic kitchen utensils, washing machine provided. Easy access (checked in & out).

Disliked Having a rice cooker available would be helpful. The electric kettle may need to be replaced, as the auto shut-off function does not appear to be working. There was no Wi-Fi signal, which was disappointing. We couldn’t even watch TV, so it got quite boring.

Disliked Unfortunately, our stay was not as comfortable as expected. The bathroom drain was clogged, the Wi-Fi did not work and cannot connect with the TV 😢 and the owner was slow to respond or did not respond when assistance was needed. Parking was another challenge, as the parking spaces had to be shared with other residents, making it difficult to find a spot at times.

The room is dirty plus cockroach every where...

Disliked Very disappointed with this apartment. The cleanliness was terrible — around 10 cockroaches were found inside the bedroom. The water heater was also broken and could not be used at all. When I contacted the owner to inform them about the cockroach problem and asked for cockroach spray or any solution, the response given was “it’s already late at night, where am I supposed to find it?” Very unprofessional and irresponsible service. On top of that, the WiFi and TV were not working during the entire stay. The bed also had bed bugs, which made sleeping extremely uncomfortable and caused itchiness after waking up. The apartment had an unpleasant smell and clearly lacked proper maintenance. Customer service was very poor, the owner responded slowly and did not take the complaints seriously. This was a very bad experience and definitely not worth the money paid. I will never stay here again and would not recommend this place to anyone. I book 3 nights but only stay 1 night, we arrive late night so no choice ...

Liked The location is superb!

Disliked The parking is limited. Had to share with customers who eat at the restaurant. Hence if theres function, had to park somewhere nearby but not the condo parking.

Liked The view was superb. Everything clean and tidy. Love to stay here because it easy to attached with surrounding. Strategic location. Also can cook there.

Disliked Some of facilities already broken when we stay here. (Desk) . I think owner should add rice cooker, so more easy to cook rice there. 🤭
