Disliked It is a nice quiet hostel - not guest house, just to clarify. Also the stairs were super steep. But good otherwise.

Liked Clean space, good room with good bed and AC.

Disliked My room was quite far from the bathroom and shower. I was at level 1 while i had to go to level 0 for everything.

Liked The environment is relatively clean.

Disliked Close to the street, too noisy, no laundry room, no place to hang clothes.

Beware: the hotel rooms are NOT as they appear in photos!

Liked It was cheap and the owner/manager happened to be there when I arrived to help me check in.

Disliked The photos posted on booking.com are extremely misleading, probably made with AI. Although the hotel cites the room dimensions, the images make the actual spaces look 3-4 times bigger than they actually are. The rooms are like tiny bedrooms for very young children. This hotel is really a dormitory and best for college students on a budget. Another problem from the photos is that you have no idea that it’s all self check-in and that you’re supposed to wait for a message from the property to find out your room and how to use the keypad on the door to enter your room. The layout of the building is confusing with twin staircases and signage to the rooms and communal bathroom is vague. If the manager hadn’t been there I would’ve been completely lost. Shortly after I checked in another hotel guest appeared in the entrance and was just as confused as I’d been. But I gave her all the info she needed and she found her room. At that point (about 40 minutes after I first arrived) I decided to just leave and find another roomier hotel to stay in.

Liked A lovely little hostel in an ideal location near lots of restaurants and famous street art. The hostel is always really clean with staff making sure the bathrooms and kitchen are kept in a good state. Beds were comfy too !!

Liked Great central location, clean facilities, comfortable bed and AC worked well. Also appreciated that they provided drinking water and tea/coffee. Staff was lovely to deal with and self check in made it super easy. Great breakfast spot on the corner near the accomodation too

Disliked Stairs are quite steep, so if this would be an issue I recommend requesting a ground level room as the bathrooms are also on the ground floor. Noise can heard throughout the building when busy but they kindly provided earplugs if you required them. I would suggest that the owners request no use of the hairdryers in quiet hours as the use of these at 3am is very annoying due to sound travelling.
