I urge everyone not to book from them

Liked Terrible service. You must check out before 8 AM. The staff knock on your door in the morning with great annoyance and also make phone calls. A deposit was deducted because I checked out at 9 AM. The worst hotel service ever. I advise against booking with them. I am very upset.

Disliked The booking and check-in system offers a discounted deposit for my departure before 9 AM, as well as discounts for the cleaning staff and the information desk staff.

Liked The staff is really helpful. The instructions is clear. And the room is quite nice.

Disliked The A/C is not cold enough and we cannot adjust the temperature. No mirror beside the one in the bathroom.

Liked I'm so² like this place. But this unit just for work from home and must to check in and check out again. I'm so sad before i know the process for check in check out. When you want overnight you must to pay RM30. and the second night is free.. but that is reasonable and affordable .Overall is okay. I love this unit duplex .😘♥️
