Disappointed and Unhappy. The unit is not really clean at all and have bad smell.😞😓😡

Liked Only the location because down have shops restaurant

Disliked Have bad smell. The smell is like a wet towel didn’t try well and also from the drainage in the kitchen and toilet area. When we enter the unit just open the door waahhh like we really want to cancel our stay. 😓no air refresher also we request to check refill but no show up . Better throw all the refresher because they just put for decoration only.😓Then toilet area more smelly, got cobwebs from ceiling and besides doors, no iron board also, no trash can inside the toilet, bed sheet also not happy to sleep, floor also not properly clean.Over all 😓😞👎

Disliked The unit is stinking. I think the smell is from the toilet. Irritating. Aircon no maintenance, hot and stuffy.

Liked Comfortable and great value. My children love the place.

Disliked Internet connection not functioning well. Television program only excess by WIFI hence wth the low level of internet connection tv channels too effect.

good location if you want to spend nite at Bukit Bintang

Liked check in n check out was easy. parking a bit tricky but manageable. host was very helpful and attentive. next to the building there a mall with good F&B option. Bukit Bintang is walking distance but dont try to walk back at late night, just get a grab or cab.

Disliked aircond a bit old n somewhat not cool enough but there a ceiling fan to compensate the lack. tv was old n quite tricky to operate.
