Very disappointing experience – not recommended

Disliked This property should not be presented as a proper hotel. There is no reception desk, and the level of service was far below what we expected. When we arrived, a staff member named Giaseldin came to assist us wearing Crocs, and there was no proper luggage trolley/cart available for our baggage. This immediately gave us a poor impression of the professionalism and service standards. We stayed for 4 days and, surprisingly, there was no cleaning or housekeeping service during our entire stay. For a family staying several days, this was extremely inconvenient and unacceptable. On top of that, a MYR 200 deposit was collected from us.also giaseldin keep bothering us and require additional fee per hour 100 myr in case for the late checkout . The location/property itself may have some advantages, but the lack of reception, housekeeping, proper luggage assistance, and basic guest services made our stay very disappointing. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this property, especially for families expecting normal hotel services.

Disliked Some inconveniences with one of the rooms not being ready until 5PM, AC in one bedroom not working and an awful stench in one of the bathrooms.

Liked Location is quite strategic , near KLCC and Pavillion, within walking distance. Apartment is well equipped and comfortable beds. Have a nice view of the surrounding as well

Disliked Unfortunately the toilet got these moldy/musty smell coming from the pipes even though the toilets are clean, need to turn on the ventilators + light the whole day to suck the smell out. probably need to do some treatment/fixes to stop the gases from the piping.
