Liked The location was exceptional! I loved the furniture, cleanliness, facilities, and the customer service — everything exceeded my expectations. Karen was outstanding; she responded quickly and sent a full, clear guide before our arrival. On top of that, one of the staff members was kindly waiting for us at the gate to hand over the key, even though we arrived late. Moreover, a family member forgot some clothes, and Karen immediately contacted me and kindly kept them safe for two nights until we could pick them up. Truly appreciated!

Disliked There was only one usable shower (the other had a sign saying it was out of service), which was a bit inconvenient. Also, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the wardrobe in the smaller bedroom. Thankfully, it only appeared when the wardrobe was opened, so we simply avoided using it. Other than that, everything was wonderful!

Disliked Second bedroom not suitable for an adult 2nd bathroom is a wet room not a bathroom and shower not working . Was an important feature we were after . Remote for tv batteries flat ? New towels would suggest, plus provide pool towels .

Liked The 2 bdr apartment is so small compared to to the hotel option that we stayed before Kitchen has everything for cooking It has washer/dryer But it did not have any hand towels or face towels We stayed there for 3 night not a single cleaning Also one of the biggest minuses is 1 set of keys Which u need everywhere and if you have a family that do different things so its become very complicated

Great location with lots of space.

Liked Good location, lots of room, large bed. However, there was a bad odor coming from the bathrooms that appeared to be from the drains and fan ventilation system.
