Liked The residence was clean, spacious, and comfortably fit 6 people. It was also conveniently located just 10–15 minutes away from KLCC. We booked this residence for Merdeka to watch the fireworks but the fireworks were not fully visible from the residence, we still enjoyed the stay and found it to be a very nice place. Grab and Foodpanda were also readily available, which made it very convenient for food and transportation.

Liked The cleanliness. The space. The location. The ease of getting in. I booked with this provider for the 3rd time. So far, they're the best for this building. And the room has the best view. KLCC view for real

Disliked Only this time, the previous customer did smoke in the room. Thank full it was gone the next day we were there.

Never lived in so dirty and smell before.

Liked No room service clean, the bins was not empty and smell of the bins with the humidity climate.

Disliked The sheets and towels was so dirty and worn out ask for replacement not done.
