Disliked According to my Agoda booking confirmation, the check-in time was 3:00 PM. I arrived at approximately 3:00 PM, but I was informed that the unit was still not ready. I tried calling the property agent several times, but my calls were not answered. Communication was only through WhatsApp, and the replies were also delayed. I finally received a message at around 4:00 PM informing me that the unit was ready, approximately one hour after the stated check-in time. This caused significant inconvenience to my family because I was travelling with my 1-year-old baby. We had planned our journey based on the confirmed 3:00 PM check-in time so that my baby could rest and sleep after arriving. The agent offered a late check-out as compensation. However, this did not resolve the inconvenience because what we needed was access to the accommodation at the confirmed check-in time. More importantly, when we finally received the key and entered the unit, we were very disappointed with the cleanliness. The unit was dusty, the toilet/bathroom had not been properly cleaned, and there was hair around/on the bathroom water trap/drain. Considering that the unit was handed over approximately one hour late, I expected it at least to have been properly cleaned and prepared for guests.
