Disliked The iron box wasnt working. The water kettle was dirty inside. No mirrors in bathroom or room.

Ideal if there is no odors from the sewage system

Liked Location is good: easy walking to Masjid Jamek MRT, to Indian restaurant Chayas, to Chinatown and Jalan Alor, and the tourist spots. Capacity of ten people: good for groups Facilities of the building: gym and pool at Floor 10, convenient store at Reception

Disliked Odors from the sewage system: this is not because of the flat itself but of the whole building system. Hint: the balcony door should stay opened whenever you are out.

Disliked The apartment was so dirty I ask for refund they say no
