Liked The property is located centrally Very comfortable, Mr Kelvin was always available and very helpful We would highly recommend this place as everything is at walking distance.

Liked Good location. Fine for a night or two but quite small/tired.
Disliked Bit tired looking & worn out. We stayed in lots of nicer apartments elsewhere in Malaysia & KL. Had to pay extra to use the swimming pool and gym - this was free and included at every other accommodation we stay in during our month long trip.
Liked Nothing in particular. I was disappointed with my overall experience.
Disliked I stayed here for one night with my family of 7 and paid around RM500. However, facilities such as the swimming pool and gym required an additional RM20 per person. We were told that this was because the building is a commercial property. I find this unreasonable, especially considering the amount we already paid for the accommodation.

Disliked Highlighted lower price at the bottom of the final step, but smaller price show higher actual price, be carefully before booking. Service is ok. One hour earlier check in and late check out at 12
Liked The room was ok not bad.
Disliked Honestly speaking the rooms were fine and other facilities were also ok what I didnt like was the staff's behavior, their way of talking had sarcasm in it and their boss was a racist. I am from Pakistan and during my conversation with him on the call, he literally said "I dont like Pakistani customers", i would say here that even if I was wrong on my end, which I was not, still I would not expect this kind of statement. I just complained about a certain thing in a decent and polite tone, but he started shouting at me and said he doesnt like Pakistani customers. This is never ever a right way to talk to your customers.
