Nice apartment and convenient location if you want to do island hopping from the jetty.

Liked The apartment was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. There was a view being so high up, of the sea and the mountains, but there is a lot of construction going on right in front of the apartment so it does detract from the perfect view we were hoping for. The location was good for quick access to Jesselton Jetty, for the island hopping experience, and there was a pool for cooling off, although very busy when we went late afternoon.

Disliked The bathrooms were very small and the showers did not meet expectation. The water was not hot, came out lukewarm even on the hottest setting. The rooms only had racks, no cupboards, which was fine for a two night stay, but would be better to have cupboards if the stay is longer. The area is safe and close to the jetty, but there is lots of construction going on around there.

Liked Location very friendly staff.

Disliked Wi-Fi was very poor in the area

Liked ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 100% Satisfied! No Regrets at All! We had an amazing 6-night stay at Jesselton Quay. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The view was beautiful, and the host was friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. Most importantly, my kids absolutely loved staying here—they were so happy that they didn't even want to go back home! 😆 The location, the house, the view, and the hospitality were all excellent. The only thing that could make this place absolutely perfect would be having a washing machine and dryer available in the house.. Overall, we are 100% satisfied and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! ❤️ Thank you for making our family trip so enjoyable.

Disliked As a small suggestion for improvement, it would also be great to provide a few more cooking utensils and cookware. The rice cooker worked, but the inner coating was already peeling and may need replacement. It would also be more convenient if there were pots and pans in different sizes to accommodate various cooking needs

Liked Great location, 2 you can book all activities 2 mins from the appartment, very clean and easy check-in / out. Would stay here again 5/5

Disliked Check out time can get busy around the elevators:) and a quick clean of the heads of the beds would be a good plus to overall clean apartment.

Perfect Vibe, Great View!

Liked I absolutely loved the bed and the entire apartment! It had such a warm, homey vibe. I slept just as comfortably as I do in my own house, but with the added bonus of a beautiful view right outside the window. We all had a wonderful time, and the check-in and check-out process was super easy. Highly recommend!

Disliked One minor issue was the hallway lighting outside the apartment. The lights were out, so it felt a little spooky passing through after dark.
