Liked Checkin time at 4pm, but host never reply msg and pickup call until 6pm. 20+ ppl waiting at the restaurant for 2 hours. Bad service, tv no controller, autogate only one remote, all ppl need to go out tgt? All toilet paip spoil, water was low even got pump, got cockroach in the room

Disliked One of the bedroom was isolated from the other 5 rooms. We ended up using only 5 rooms. Service from the support staff was very good.
