Disliked when i call up they don't have my booking but they already charge the amount into my credit card, i am very disappointed the amount paid for the booking is for 4 person they told me that they don't have this type of apartment since 2025. i have no choice to accept studio type apartment for 2 person and i am paying RM 600 for 2 night suppose for 4 person. the TV is not working i told them to come to check the TV but no one come . very irresponsible type of people.

Disliked When I requested an early check-in, He told it was not possible due to cleaning schedule, but the room hadn't been properly cleaned. The floor was rough and dusty and there were only bath towels for each guest, no face towels, which was inconvenient. The lamp in the bedroom was broken, and the shelf in the bathroom where shampoo and other items were kept was also broken and left lying around. The TV wouldn't turn on unless I called someone to set it up. Furthermore, the water was cut off on the night of the fourth day and didn't come on until 3:30 PM the next day, meaning the toilet and shower were unusable.

Liked Perfect location, close to everything we needed to see in KL.Walked to Petronas Twin Towers,Pavilion and markets.Kids had a great time in the pool.I will definitely stay at this place again when I visit KL again.

Disliked Cleanliness could be improved. The master room door lock was damaged, and the pipe in the second bathroom was leaking. The parking entrance is quite small. But overall, its not a big issue, still a nice place to stay.
