Disliked Home was rented out to someone else, apparently the owner said he is not active on booking but doesnt delete the listing. Booking policy is non refundable, contacted customer service but no response for more than 24hrs. My money is not refunded yet. Very disappointed with both host and booking.com customer service. My money deducted without me having a stay.
