Liked wonderful layout and deco and furnishings. feel homely. will definitely stay again for the accommodations and ambience, in the near future and recommend to my friends and colleagues.

Disliked the waiting time to checked in, as my access to my email account was on another mobile which I didn't brought along with me, plus it was in Singapore. the communication process was a bit annoying. overall a learning experience.

Cozy ambience, feel so at home. Nice city view. Beds comfortable.

Liked Nordic style, well-equipped with high chair for children, bathtub with educational toys, interesting books such as travel, monopoly games. Shampoo and body wash provided. Disposable toothbrush and towels. Very comfortable. Decoration, lights so cool

Disliked Overall like. Just could be better - tea, sugar as part of beverage. Provide rugs outside the bathroom so we can have clean feet. Currently 4 dining chairs…. Would be great to have another 2 chairs. Have bread toaster.

location is good, clean and cozy.

Liked location is good near mid valley and the apartment is very clean and cozy will come back to stay again

Liked The room itself was great, the owner spent a good amount of effort decorating and maintaining it, so when you are inside the room it’s really comfortable and relaxing, there are also many good restaurants around the area that you can reach by car in under 5min (Yakumo ramen, Project smokes, hai kah lang, bb bakery)

Disliked There is only one gate key, so if your family wish to split up you have to think about how to keep the door lock in case someone in the unit needs to leave for emergencies, the walkway, lift lobby and general shared facilities are not well maintained, and the location of the apartment make it difficult to travel out without booking a ride (not walkable)

Liked Effective communication with the host. Had issue with carpark re-entry but it was handled quickly. The rooms are clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable. Location was perfect. So close to Midvalley South Key mall. Finally, we felt very safe with the security in place.

Disliked All good. Nothing to complain.
