Liked Great location, spacious

Disliked We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and spent about RM900, hoping for a relaxing staycation with our child. Unfortunately, the WiFi was not working during our entire stay. We informed the management staff right after check-in, but were told to wait for a technician, and no temporary solution (like a portable WiFi or eSIM) was provided. It was quite inconvenient since we had planned to spend most of our time indoors. Other than that, the place was generally fine, but we were disappointed with how the WiFi issue was handled. Overall, I would rate this stay around 4 out of 10 — the accommodation was decent, but the service and problem handling could have been much better.

Disliked Service and arrange was bad... not a clear instructions. Secondly, the support was very bad and when you call they don't answer and no proper response. Suggest never take this place even there is no choice.
