Love this place

Liked Great location and very easy to get to — it took us less than 15 minutes from the airport. The unit has lovely views from three sides, overlooking the sunset, the harbour, and Kota Kinabalu city. Plenty of towels were provided, together with shampoo and shower gel. There are also restaurants, laundromats, and convenience stores on the ground floor, which was really convenient. Great Internet connection. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Disliked A few areas that could be improved.. The check-in instructions were a little confusing and seemed somewhat incomplete, and we only fully understood the process after calling the owner for clarification. The parking fee was also quite expensive, and no parking access card was provided. We were told that the cards were limited and that we should have informed the owner in advance, although we were not asked beforehand whether we would be bringing a car. Another thing to note is that the lifts can get very crowded during peak check-out hours, so it would be advisable to leave a little earlier. Despite these minor issues, the unit itself was comfortable, conveniently located, and offered very nice views.

Liked Really enjoyed our stay here for 3 nights, the apartment was really lovely, met all our needs and had a wonderful view. The location is perfect with plenty of food options close by and having the jetty just across the road was great after a full day on the islands, you just want to get inside and cool off after. Would definately book again.

Liked Very spacious apartment, with air con, fridge and small kitchen. It also has a sea view and we got lucky with sunny weather every day. It was a short walk to restaurants and the weekend night market which was excellent. It was also close to our scuba school. There were also quite a few places to eat and some convenience stores on the ground floor.

Disliked None that I can think of.
