3 bedroom apt L26 at kl sentral with city view

Disliked The host called me on 04/05/26 around 10am and said that the 3 bedroom apt L26 at KL Sentral was not available ..and asked me take another   unit at level 21-12 at same price or cancel the booking and ask for refund..This push me into a difficult position .I was driving with my family ..with such short notice from the host..  I'm unable to source for another unit but ..no choice but accept the unit at level 21 ..Im was very disappointed with such a poor service from Booking .com  Hope this doesn't happen in future

SCAMMER OWNER

Liked I would like this owner to be black listed

Disliked The owner scammed us. We arrived that before 2 am, just like what we already informed them prior the trip. We went to the mailbox as per instruction but there was no key inside. We called, but no response. We WhatsApp, no replies to this day. I already emailed customer service and requested full refund.
