Liked The location and furnishing and basic facilities provided were good.

Disliked Our stay was disappointing overall. While the furnishings, design, and location of the property were great, the overall experience was underwhelming. The property was booked for family, so it was important that our guests could stay comfortably. Unfortunately, cleanliness was below expectations. We found several small cockroaches/insect near kitchen sink and a number number of areas of the property, which gave the impression that the room had not been properly cleaned or had been left unattended for some time. We also experienced issues with the air conditioning, which was not working properly. Resolving this required many back-and-forth messages and repeated follow-ups, and it was not fixed within the promised timeframe. We were later told we would need to wait even longer. Communication with the owner was also frustrating, and at times we felt the manner of communication was rude and unwelcoming. We had to make contact during certain hours because our guests were arriving early in the morning and the issues were urgent, but the owner was unhappy about being contacted. We were also told that this was a serviced apartment and not a hotel, even though we were not expecting hotel-st

The apartment is ok just for a night or two. The area has no convenient stores nearby. We were there only for 2 nights.

Liked The apartment was ok. View was quite nice at night.

Disliked The location is a bit secluded and quite hard to locate with just the address without the apartment buildings name given. Car park was dark even in the day. The place was a bit dusty.

Dirtiness was a real issue.

Disliked Apartment not cleaned prior to arrival with hair in the beds and floors. Host provided inadequate response (we had to vacuum the floors ourselves). Unable to clean sheets as no clear place to dry clothes.
