Excellent communication and location, but noises from upper floor is noticable.

Liked I have mixed feeling, here’s how; the staff communication was outstanding. And the building is located at the heart of the city. Moreover, the pool is huge and our kids enjoyed it soo much.

Disliked However, there was an unpleasant noises came from upper floor while we were about to sleep in midnight after a long drive. Additionally, the cleanliness of its toilet is unsatisfactory.

Liked Accessibility to other places was excellent. Easy to go everywhere as it is kinda central in KB

Liked The staf responsed very fast and helpful. The place is comfortable.

Disliked The toilet was mouldy a bit.. and not really clean.. Some of the towels were torn and worn out..

Liked It was okay just the walls is alittle dirty. I appreciate that the place comes with a big TV and with Netflix!

Disliked The walls is alittle dirty, there is some small ants around the house. Also wished there is available clean toilet rolls. It only comes with 1 crispy toilet roll (lol)
