Liked Big clean apartment right on top of a big mall. Very nice and convenient.

Awesome week stay in Jazz Suite 4.

Liked Location was excellent and its only less than 5 minutes to Vivacity Mall and 7 eleven down below.

Disliked How I wished upon arrival, someone would brief me in person on the parking lot, route to the apartment, garbage place, Access route for Grab cars & access road for my rented car. Etc.

Uncomfortable stay.

Disliked Property is old and dated. Microwave oven is at least 13 years old- possible microwave leakage. Bedroom mattress and pillows are uncomfortable, shower head falling apart, bed has no bed sheets. Kitchen lacks basic necessities- eg. no kitchen towel. Mailbox passcode provided only on request.

Liked The owner has incredibly makes ourselves at home. He provides the needs we have requested for it (i.e tv box and laundry drying rack). His unit is clean and tidy. Thank you. 😊

Disliked The washing machine area lighting not working. To provide better shampoo, conditional and shower gel. Toilet door to install waterproof materials.
