2BR Alanis Suite By Semathomes

Exceptional

Stay away

Disliked Communication with management was terrible. You will not be given the check-in details until 3pm on the dot, which means there is nowhere for you to wait if you get there early. When we arrived, the apartment was a completely different place from the pictures. After contacting them, they told us that the apartment we had booked was not available and offered us a different one. The new apartment was still not as good as the one we had originally booked, but we had no other choice at this point. There was an awful smell coming from the bathroom, which got so bad we had to shut the bathroom's door for our entire stay. We understand that sometimes pipes can give off unpleasant smells, but this apartment was not in the conditions to be rented. Thankfully were only there for one night, so we made it work, but any more that that would have not been possible. It is not worth booking, save your money and go elsewhere.
