Apartment infested by insects. Best to avoid
Disliked First of all the lack of reactivity. It’s been now since October 2025 that I have been kept emailing and messaging the management to get an invoice, with no response. Now regarding the accommodation itself I only spend my first night here because I arrived pretty late and had no choice. The apartment was heavily infested by insects and ants. They were all over the place, it was impossible to consider leaving your stuff and avoid them to be covered by ants. Another thing is the curtains were broken, making the bedroom fully exposed to the light, even at night. Management said it was impossible to bring someone over to fix it…alright then. After a couple of complaints and a request of refund that was accepted by the management with written proof, I am still waiting for the refund with no answer from them nor from booking
