Liked Publika Mall downstairs and can get everything I need.
Disliked Apartment is clean and livable but bit tired and rough around the edge but location and cost offset the negative.
Liked Location, and the guards were friendly
Disliked WiFi was very slow
Liked Size, location and amenities. Great communication via WhatsApp.
Disliked Wifi didn’t work but that could’ve been me not figuring out. Hard to pay deposit if you don’t have s Malaysian bank account. Met up before and after for cash deposit.
Liked The room was very clean and comfortable.
Disliked The washing facility has broken and repair operator didn’t do in my staying term. It was not owners responsibilty but I suggest to replace old facility.
Liked The security guards are courteous, professional, and helpful.
Disliked One of the kitchen chairs is damaged.
Liked Location, cleanliness, nice view.
Disliked Last minute request for refundable deposit in cash, too many rules and regulations.
