Liked STUNNING VIEWS!! The apartment has a commanding view of the skyline of Kuantan and the popular infinity pool overlooks the beautiful sea. It's location is very near the city center and tourist spots. The place is spacious and well equipped. The host is super responsible and very responsive to our needs
Liked In my opinion, the room and the facilities provided were generally good and satisfactory, except that no extra garbage bags were provided.
Disliked When I arrived at the accommodation, the security guard did not allow me to enter because the owner had not provided me with the required QR code for access. I had to wait for almost two hours before receiving the QR code. During this time, I tried calling and contacting the owner via WhatsApp, but there was no response, even though I had already transferred the RM100 security deposit that morning. During my stay, there were also no extra garbage bags provided. The garbage bin became full, and I had no bags to dispose of the additional rubbish. I had to go to a nearby shop to purchase garbage bags myself. When I checked out, the RM100 security deposit was still not refunded, even after I had arrived home in Klang, Selangor at around 9:00 PM. Once again, I tried calling and contacting the owner via WhatsApp, but there was still no response. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The poor communication, the long wait to gain access to the accommodation, the lack of basic amenities such as extra garbage bags, and the failure to refund my security deposit have caused considerable inconvenience. After this experience, I do not think I will use apartment rental services for holidays again. I would prefer to stay in hotels in the future, as I have had much better experiences with hotel services.
