Disliked Until the day I traveled from Sungai Petani to KL, I did not receive any information from the host. On my way to KL, I contacted the host via Booking messenger. The person gave a number for me to contact. I tried to text via Whatsapp to no response. I called the number and a lady asked me for booking number. After a while she did not come back to me and I called her again. To my surprise she said they did not receive my booking. How can this be? I have paid in full, few days earlier and they did not receive my booking? Then she asked me to cancel the booking. What???? I'm already arrived at KL and need to find another accomodation and certainly at higher price since it is last minute. Lucky for me I was able to cancel and got back my full refund. Thanks to Booking.com. Anyway, will never book this house ever again.
