13# Muji Japanese Lively Stay - Mount Austin, JB

for about $35 SGD a night this is a decent, no-frills place to stay. however I wouldn’t stay here longer than 3 nights.

Liked there was a fridge that could keep things chilly, bed is decent. the tv also had options for prime video and youtube (no netflix). wi-fi connection was also fast.

Disliked - shower knob was broken and sharp, could’ve hurt someone (picture attached) - when we checked in, the apartment did not seem to have been cleaned. from what we could see only the trash had been taken out and bins reset with clean trash bags, but the floor and many surfaces were full of dust and specks of dirt. - there was no facial/hand tissue provided, and only 1 roll of toilet paper for the 4 nights we stayed, we had to buy more from the convenience store in the building.

Liked The reviews are all right; the place may not be luxurious but it was homely, and every device was superbly functional. The customer service is remarkably friendly. And wow, the bed? Extremely comfy.
