Liked I liked that it’s a landed property with a spacious layout, making it comfortable and suitable for elderly people to stay.

Disliked The cleanliness could be improved, and some of the items are quite old and could use an upgrade. I think after some improvements, the property could be rented out at a higher rental rate.

Youngsters trip to KL for dance comp

Liked Space wise, it was great for a group of youngsters. They can lounge anywhere. And they had two toilets with showers so two persons can use at any 1 time. It was quite near the mrt station, however, you do need to call a grab to the station (under RM10) or about 20-30mins walk. Chinese restaurants and stalls were quite near.

Disliked There were little things that was not up to par, like there was only 1 toilet that has a 'bidet' hose and the water filter at the sink needs a filter change, but other than that, as we're not picky people, everything was OK.
