Liked The house is spacious and suitable for a large group. We booked the property for 15 pax, and the overall space was able to accommodate our group. The owner was responsive when we highlighted some issues during our stay. When we informed the owner that the car porch light was not working during our BBQ, they managed to arrange someone to replace it within about an hour. The owner also arranged for air freshener and mosquito repellent when we highlighted the smoking smell and mosquitoes.

Disliked Unfortunately, there were quite a number of issues with the cleanliness, facilities and maintenance: The house was generally dirty and dusty. The bedsheets and blankets had a strong, unpleasant smell. We found a panty hanging in one of the toilets, which made us question whether the toilet had been properly cleaned before our arrival. The kitchen utensils were very dirty and also insufficient for a group of 15 pax. The fridge was not cold enough, and our drinks were not chilled at all. The shower heater kept switching between hot and cold water automatically, which made showering very uncomfortable. There was a strong smoking smell throughout the house. There were mosquitoes flying around the house. Several ceiling lights were not working. The car porch light was initially not working, although this was resolved fairly quickly by the owner. The pool table was in quite poor condition. We had two helpers with us during the trip, and they had to mop the entire living room and staircase because the floors were very dirty. The water turned black after mopping, which was quite shocking.

Liked Beds were comfortable, there were also entertainment facilities like mahjong table and a pool table. The host was very responsive even though I texted him quite late at night. There was no water when we reached the apartment and he sent someone to rectify the issue. However, we were out having supper when he came so there was nothing much he could do. There was still no water when we went back and the host kindly offered to change another apartment for us. We decided to continue staying for the time being as it was too late. The host informed us the next day that the water pump had burst but the water company would continue to supply the water.

Disliked Wifi was poor and the toilets were slightly old. Some of the knobs to turn on the water taps were spoiled as well.
