Liked The unit is brand new. Love the pool. Can see all the skyscrapers in KL

Disliked The owner is not so friendly. If you have extra car, you need to ask the owner to fill in qr code and then you can park inside

Liked This house at lev 65 with great view. Got what they advertised. Great swimming pool and kids enjoy. Very conveneince for family. Have extra bed

Disliked We disapointted with the smell of bathroom. Dont know what the smell. Need always closed the door. No kitchen utensils except the fork blade. If u need to iron your cloth, pls bring your own iron.

Liked There is a restaurant downstairs and the house is clean

Disliked No supply hair shampoo n body shampoo, no hanger, supply bowl but no dishwashing liquid soap ,supply washing machine but no washing powder,no tissues no water heater, no cups for water and drink , rubbish bin also don't have....The owner is unfriendly and his communication and flexibility skills are average... 3.30pm c/in the room ，the room was still not cleaned... I called the owner and she said it would take 15 minutes，after 15 minutes call she stopped answering the phone...Finally ask booking.com customer service to contact the owner.

Water filter for hot and cold water 7. Wifi is fast 8. Uses access card to use the lift 9. Have fridge to store food and drinks 10. Self check in and check out

Disliked 1. The resident parking is at level 7, have to take so much time going up and down the building. 2. As for visitor parking for extra cars, you need to ask owner to provide registration link and QR code to enter. If not, you need to use the valet parking which is quite expensive. 3. The guards are not fluent in Malay and English. 4. No iron and ironing board provided in the apartment. We need to request from owner to send the iron to us. 5. No trash bin and trash bags provided, we need to buy our own. 6. No cups provided, need to bring your own disposable cups. 7. No water heater for showers. 8. No hangers provided to hang clothes and towels. 9. 1 shared bathroom.
