Liked Unblock good view of the city

Disliked The bed was like sleeping on bed metal wire. Sunk in too. With a matress condition that bad, they didn't bother to change it. Tells you alot about the management. The water filter tank overflows everytime its turn on and floods the countertop.

Disliked Everything.. The service as we come at 4pm tbe room haven't ready for us & we have to wait for half an hour.. The aircon at living room not working & we can't change the room but instead we have to wait for repair man to come. No water heater!!

Liked Very good value for money. Clean and spacious apartment. Good layout.

Disliked Don't like the staff and not provide a good service, need pay deposit also not mention inside here, the contact provide also wrong. Even they also not send you whatapps what they need required for check in. The lift is not good for tap card and car park area is dirty

It was average as the instructions were outdated with unlocking doors.

Liked The apartment was clean. Beds were comfortable

Disliked The arrangement for collecting keys was a disaster. We arrived in Johor Bahru early in the morning and struggled to find a place to leave our luggage. We had to cart it with us whilst exploring. We were tired and had to wait until 3pm to check in, and then the keys were not there. We had to wait another 35 minutes for someone to put the keys in the box sneakily. The experience was unprofessional and inconsiderate to guests flying in from abroad.

Liked Nothing at all

Disliked The cleaning is bad got small cockroach, the WiFi is bad, the gate lock is spoil and feel unsafe we need to buy a lock to lock the gate, the heater need to wait for 30mins, the blanket is not clean.
