Generally ok in all aspect but not the best that I would recommend to all my friends.
Liked The location is reasonably convenient, with quite a bit of restaurants and coffee shop within 1+ km for meals even after 9pm. Walking to these eating places is quite straightforward following Google map but some stretch of the route does not have proper pedestrian pavement so need to be careful walking on the roadside and crossing wide roads with fast moving traffic. Driving to the eating places may be easier & safer for some guests especially at night, even though the distance is not far. Check-in is self collection of keys from the guard house, and checkout just return them to the same guardhouse, so it is quite easy and can be done anytime even if arriving at the property later than usual check-in time. The unit itself and household items are not very new or exceptionally clean, but reasonably maintained to an acceptable hygienic standard. In general, good value for money.
Disliked It was not stated in the Booking.com listing or apartment details that we need to pay a deposit of RM200. Only after the booking was completed with payments made, then through WA communication that the host requested for the deposit. Even though the deposit is refundable if there is no damage and the amount is not very high, I am not too happy that it was not stated upfront in the listing, terms or description when booking through Booking.com as this was not properly govern by the terms during booking, anything could go wrong then it is the host's words against our words. I rather it be stated properly and agreed then to struggle for mitigation when unexpected incidents happen and personal settlement go south.
