Where to stay in Kuala Lumpur
KL is big, but most visitors only need one of a handful of areas. Pick by what you want to walk to, and let the trains do the rest.
In short
- First visit and want the skyline: stay near KLCC.
- Shopping and street food at your door: Bukit Bintang.
- Heritage streets and a smaller budget: Chinatown.
- Early flight or arriving by train: KL Sentral.
